Appointment & Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, we ask for 24 hours notice prior to the rescheduling or cancellation of any appointment or a 50%-100% fee of the scheduled service(s) may be incurred. All appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice will be billed for the full value of the scheduled service(s). Appointments scheduled on the same day are designated as confirmed and cannot be cancelled without a charge for the full value of the scheduled service(s). Early Arrival
To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, we ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the start of any spa appointment. We understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable; however, depending upon circumstances, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
About Your Visit
We ask guests to refrain from bringing or wearing jewelry to the spa. We are not responsible for personal belongings. Prior to receiving any services please inform us about any special medical conditions – pregnancy, hypertension, allergies or prescription medications that may be contraindicated for spa services.
Children
To ensure a relaxing environment, spa guests must be at least 13 years of age. Anyone aged between 13 and 17 must have written consent from a parent or guardian to receive massage services. In addition, said parent or guardian must be present in the room during massage service.
Cell Phones
We ask guests to refrain from cell phone usage and request that mobile phones be silenced or turned off when in the spa and lounge areas.
Pricing & Payment
We honor VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. available for use at each location. BioSpirit does accept select third party gift certificates. Please consult your location of choice for a complete list of affiliates. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities
Gratuity is always optional and can be included in credit card transaction or we provide cash tip envelopes that are secured for our staff. Gratuities are not included in the price of any service or Gift Card.
Gift Cards & Instant Gift Certificates
BioSpirit gift cards represent a pre-payment for goods and services. Gift cards must be presented at time of arrival. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for gratuities or to purchase another gift card. BioSpirit is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. All prices are subject to change. Gift cards do not expire. The terms and conditions of the cards are governed by the laws of the state where the card is purchased. Use of card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
